I host all of my websites with IoxHost.co.uk and they have never let me down so I thought I would give them some support and do them a review.

Just lately they have had a lot of stick which I honestly don't feel they need as they are one of the best hosts I’ve ever used. Their prices are low yet their customer service is supreme!

I originally started off with IoxHost in 2009 with just the Small reseller and as all of my sites gained popularity I upgraded. I am now on the VPS 4 package with them and this package should do me until I need to move onto an actual dedicated server which I will quite happily do when the times come.

Their staff is very friendly and always goes out of their way to impress you! They offer support 24/7 by their billing area, I’ve opened a ticket at 3am before and a member of staff replied within 20mins! I was amazed!

IoxHost prices start from like £0.99 per month which is what originally brought me into them. I was expecting crappy service but it wasn't! I’m pleasantly surprised :-).

A couple of weeks ago I messed around with my VPS and broke it, I couldn't simply reinstall it as I had a lot of sites on it, and my support rep (James) helped me. He must have spent over 2/3 hours finding out what I did wrong and fixing it for me, for no charge!
